By accessing or using Folia Pro ("the App") at foliapro.jorzier.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jorzier ("we", "us", "our"), the independent operator of Folia Pro.
Folia Pro is a personal finance management application that allows users to track income, expenses, savings goals, and account balances. Financial data is stored privately in your own Google Drive AppData folder. Supabase is used only for sign-in and to hold your account record (name and email). The App is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain full ownership of all financial data and content you enter into the App. Your data is stored in your personal Google Drive AppData folder and is never transmitted to our servers — only you and the App can access it. The App's access to your Google Drive is strictly scoped to its own dedicated, hidden Application Data folder; we cannot read, list, or modify any other files in your Drive (see Privacy Policy, Section 5).
We do not claim ownership of your data. You can delete all your data at any time via Settings → Reset Data, or download a full backup via Settings → About → Download Backup.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
You use the App entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backup records of important financial data.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JORZIER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR INR 100 (ONE HUNDRED RUPEES), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. AS THE APP IS CURRENTLY FREE, THIS AMOUNT IS INR 100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jorzier and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Your use of these services through our App is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jorzier regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
